Following my centenarian mother’s fall and surgery for a broken hip it became sine qua non that further round-the-clock care had become an imperative. My mother’s needs had altered irrevocably as it was now clear she would not be able to walk again and although she already has daytime carers I needed to hurriedly find a carer agency to provide overnight cover at short notice. Fortunately Higher Healthcare was able to fill the breach and everything was arranged post haste. As it has turned out the carer has shown herself to be highly competent and invested in my mother’s wellbeing. I’ve had live-in care provided by Higher Healthcare for a few months now. Having recently had bad experiences with other companies I was apprehensive at first, however, Higher Healthcare were very reassuring and stressed to me that they would find the right carer and provide me with the appropriate support.
